The purpose of the stainless steel double-thread bolt connection anti-loosening: In practical operation, the external load has vibration, change, high temperature creep of materials, etc., which will cause friction reduction, the positive pressure in the thread pair disappears at a certain moment, and the friction is zero, so that the thread connection loosens. If repeated, the thread connection will loosen and fail. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent loosening, otherwise it will be against normal operation and cause trouble.
In addition, when the thickness of the connecting body is large and the length of the screw is long, 304/201/316 stainless steel double-thread bolts will be used. Stainless steel double-thread bolts generally need to be surface treated. There are many types of screw surface treatments.
